At domx, we put our users first in how we develop our products and services. As a domx registered user, you can request that your account be deactivated or permanently deleted.
User account deactivation
Deactivating a user account signifies your intention to relinquish the following benefits:
- The ability to use the domx smartphone application
- Monitor and control your connected devices
- Receive push notifications
- The ability to use the domx for Business dashboard
- Receive email alerts and newsletters
Remember that only users with a registered account enjoy the above features, so deactivating a user account strips you of these capabilities.
If you no longer wish to utilize your domx account, you may submit a request to our team at info@domx.io to deactivate your user account. Please submit your request from the email address linked to the user account in reference and include the following:
- First name
- Last name
- Request type (“deactivate user account”)
- Reason for request
Users who would like to reactivate their account should submit a request to our team at info@domx.io.
User account permanent deletion
Users who would like to request an account be permanently deleted should express their intention to fully remove both the user account and any existing information relevant to this user account. This cannot be undone, and we won’t be able to recover any of your data.
If you would like to to permanently delete your user account, please submit a request to our team at info@domx.io. Please submit your request from the email address linked to the user account in reference and include the following:
- First name
- Last name
- Request type (“permanently delete user account”)
- Reason for request
